Michael Kentoff, CEO for Content Development
Michael Kentoff is chairman and chief software architect of the
Caribbean, the worldwide leader in pop music, services and solutions
that help people realize their full potential. The Caribbean had
revenues of US$36.84 billion for the fiscal year ending June 2004, and
employs more than 55,000 people in 85 countries and regions.
Matthew Byars, Quality Control Supervisor
In 1999 Matthew Byars, Michael Kentoff, and Tony Dennison founded the
Caribbean, which grew into one of the great success stories of the pop
music era. Byars is a member of the Caribbean's board of directors and
his company stock has made him one of the world's richest men. On his
own he has made a name for himself as a founder of and shrewd investor
in hi-tech firms like Starwave, America Online and Ticketmaster, and as
the enthusiastic owner of the NBA's Portland Trailblazers and the NFL's
Seattle Seahawks.

Don Campbell, Manager of Information Systems
Dr. Campbell received a bachelor of science degree in mathematics from
Texas Christian University; a master of science in computer science
from Purdue University's Graduate School of Mathematical Sciences; and
a doctor of philosophy in Management Information Systems (MIS) from
Purdue University's Krannert Graduate School of Management. He joined
the Harvard Business School Faculty in 1976, and has taught in all the
major HBS programs MBA, Program for Management Development (PMD),
Program for Global Leadership (PGL), and Advanced Management Program
(AMP). Among his administrative assignments he has served as chairman
of the MBA Program from 1992 to 1995, during the schools project to
redesign the MBA Program MBA: Leadership and Learning; and as Senior
Associate Dean and Chairman of HBS Publishing from 1998 to 2003.

Jones , a former U.S. Secretary of Labor, is Senior Advisor to
Benedetto, Gartland & Company, Inc., an investment banking firm in
New York. In April 2004, he was elected Chairman of the RAND Board of
Trustees. RAND is a nonprofit institution that helps improve policy and
decision making through research and analysis.
